(1) After examining the details submitted according to rules 3 and 5 and the complaints made according to rule 6, the compensation of the land which has been determined from the evidence is a lump sum or a law. If it is approved to pay in installments as mentioned above, the officer concerned should get the acknowledgment of the same.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the land owner should be informed by the land owner that the farmer has agreed to pay compensation in lump sum or in installments.
(3) If the farmer submits within seven days the compensation of the money paid to the land owner or the lien on the land goods as agreed in sub-rule (1), the authority related to land should be registered in the name of the farmer and give a certificate as per schedule-3.
(4) The Ukhada related officer shall give the land register in accordance with the schedule-4 format to the land registry and give a copy to the land owner.
(5) If there is a case related to the transfer of rights to a land owner, the officer concerned should send it to the district court and inform the concerned person.
(6) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing Nepalese law, the court of appeals of the case under sub-rule (5) must be disposed of.
